Our in-house Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy take guests to a better level with our expansive rehabilitation center and advanced therapy equipment. This includes an outdoor therapy gym and putting green environment. North Houston Transitional Care encourages a family-friendly environment. Friends and family may come to relax on our multiple courtyard patios, our warm sitting area next to the fire, or in our pub.

We have caring staff! All the department heads down to the CNAs, housekeepers, kitchen, culinary. They truly care about who they are, and how they can help each guest be better. For example, we had a guest that came in. He was a larger man and needed very specialized equipment. Our private room really helped. We were able to get the equipment that he needed. From a chair to a wheelchair, and a specialized chair as well. He was just so thankful that we would make sure that he was taken care of personally. This was very unique to his situation. We make a difference in people’s lives. He is now doing well at home. Each guest is part of our family. All of us here want to portray that feeling of acceptance for each of the guests.
