Our employer has also invested millions in employing our wonderful team, building this amazing facility, and creating an exceptional experience for each of our guest.
I’ve been in the industry since I was “knee-high to a grasshopper”. My Mom got my whole family into it. In consequence, I have had the privilege to see how different places are run. You can feel the fresh air when you come in. North Houston Transitional Care is different than anything else in Houston, even in the industry. We work in a gorgeous, vibrant community.
The staff genuinely have compassion for the guests and want them to be successful. They go so far as to roll out the red carpet when the guests are finished with therapy. They are the right folks to give the level of compassion that our guests deserve. Even from the backbone of our operation, the CNA’s, floor technicians, housekeepers, the laundry and kitchen staff, are happy to do the work they do. They keep it running! We have 24/7 maintenance. If we get a phone call at 8 p.m. or 2 a.m., we are here: It is the most committed team that I’ve ever seen.
I get to come here every day and work in somebody’s home. I do the handyman things that the guests would need to do for themselves at home. Each day, I am greeted with smiles. I get to live with them every day, helping them with jobs that they would be trying to accomplish themselves.
I want you, or your loved one, to come here. We will make it a smooth process for you so you don’t have to worry about anything. Everyone that comes is happy to be here. I love it. You can see it in assisted living, in the guests’ faces, and the resident’s faces. They feel at home here. This is one of the greatest blessings.
