Our motto is to be pampered, get healthy, and go home. I am Brittany Brooks Rehabilitation Services Director at North Houston Transitional Care. I invite you to entrust our team of skilled clinicians to assist you in your Post Acute recovery needs. We offer seven days a week skilled physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. We strive to provide excellent customer service and quality functional outcomes. We invite you to tour our expansive Rehabilitation Center and explore our state-of-the-art equipment. 

I love being able to watch them here. Day to day, watch my staff take the time and the energy and pour love into them. I love that they have enough trust in us to be able to care for their loved one back to their par level of function. 

My grandparent needed therapy, that’s how I ended up coming intrigued about it. I was amongst the crowd watching from day-to-day the progress grandma was making. Do I feel a connection? Absolutely! I feel that everyone that walks through this door could be my grandfather or my grandmother. I take that job very seriously. It’s just the joy of being able to watch that person. They’re unable to care for the simple things you and I may take for granted. 

My team is awesome, years of experience and expertise combined with all of them. They are the bread-and-butter I think of this whole department. They are putting in all the effort. I see them day in and day out loving those individuals as if they were their own. It makes me very proud!
